It has zero chemicals or preservatives yet maintains a 6-12 month shelf life depending on the care and temperature you give it. At temperatures above 75 degrees it may melt and loose it’s whipped consistency. This causes no harm to the product’s integrity. Simply refrigerate and it will harden back up.
